Catie Croat is a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Precision serving the Des Moines metro and a proud Polk City native who has been around homes and construction her entire life. Growing up on job sites alongside her dad – who owned a construction company before the family launched J3 Homes – Catie developed an early appreciation for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and the details that make a house feel like home. She earned her real estate license during her sophomore year of college while completing her degree in Marketing and Sales at the University of Northern Iowa.

New construction is Catie’s niche, where her background in the building industry allows her to guide clients through the process with confidence and clarity. In addition, she works with both buyers and sellers across the Des Moines metro, helping first-time home buyers, resale homeowners, and luxury buyers and sellers navigate their next move.
