Carly Pearson

Carly Pearson is a proud Iowa native who was born and raised in Keokuk, Iowa. After spending time pursuing her career in Los Angeles, California, she returned to Iowa in 2015 and now lives in Waukee with her husband, Nick, and their two wonderful sons, Brexton and Beckem.

Carly graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Television News Broadcasting. She began her professional career as a news reporter in Illinois before heading to Los Angeles to chase her dream of working in television hosting. Her passion for connecting with people and telling their stories has remained a central theme throughout her career.

When Carly moved back to the Des Moines area in 2015, she helped open BANK in West Des Moines, where she built lasting relationships and developed a deep appreciation for serving her community. In 2020, the same year she married her husband and began building their first home together, Carly made the exciting transition into real estate.

She began her real estate career specializing in new construction, particularly townhomes, where she gained valuable experience and discovered a true passion for helping clients through the building process. Since then, Carly has found a niche working with first-time home buyers while continuing to focus on new construction. She loves walking alongside her clients, educating them about the home-buying journey, and helping them feel confident every step of the way.

Carly also enjoys helping homeowners sell their homes by telling the story of each property through creative and strategic marketing. In addition to residential real estate, she specializes in commercial real estate and enjoys helping entrepreneurs find the perfect space to start or expand their businesses.

Above all, Carly’s greatest accomplishment is becoming a mom. She cherishes every moment with her family and considers motherhood the most rewarding title she has ever had. Carly lives by the motto that people may forget what we say or do, but they will never forget how we make them feel. That belief guides the way she serves her clients. She strives to make every experience meaningful, knowing that success is not only about earning an income but also about making a lasting impact in the lives of the people she works with.
