Thomas grew up in Norwalk, IA before hitting the road and enrolling at the University of Northern Iowa where he graduated in 2014.

After college, Thomas worked full-time at Scheels (first in Cedar Falls, then in West Des Moines) where he honed his customer service skills. It was in this role that he met Andrew and Tyler. That’s right, the Springer Brothers Real Estate team was first the Springer Brothers Retail Shoe Team. Thomas actually bought his house in West Des Moines from Andrew and it was during that process that the idea of becoming a real estate agent started to become more real. 

There are actually a lot of parallels between finding the right shoe and finding the right home: the wrong one makes life uncomfortable. 

In 2019, Thomas got his real estate license and hit the ground running. This year (2024), Thomas made the decision to join the Springer Brothers Real Estate Team. He’s been a great addition to the team!

Thomas believes that one way or another people are here to help others. His hope is that he can use his real estate knowledge to help others be comfortable, profitable, and happy with every property they purchase.

Thomas and his fiancé, Jenn, live in West Des Moines and have two dogs: Hayden & Sammy. If he’s not helping people buy or sell real estate, Thomas is: running, playing board games, watching movies, or hanging out with friends or family!
